Horse Lover Dream! Nice clean affordable family home with workshop and tree shaded yard. This property is set up for convenience, all of the property is set up with well water from front to back. The stalls can be opened or closed to either down size or make a larger space. The gates are set up to separate the back half however you want. Every building has electricity, including all 7 stalls. I love the feed room right by the stalls. The back yard can be made into 3 separate yards, we find that super convenient when it comes to the dogs.
