The Northern Pecos River Ranch is located only 40 miles from Ozona, Texas at the end of Crockett County Road 411. It is accessed via a short easement road that crosses the Pecos River into Terrell County. The ranch has a very diverse terrain and consists of everything from flat meadow lands along the Pecos River to high ridge top mountains and deep canyons to the West. The ranch sits in the middle of the transition zone from the Edwards Plateau and the Stockton Plateau regions. The eastern boundary of the ranch is the Pecos River, with approximately 3.7 miles of river frontage. There are two water wells and numerous water troughs and tanks which are used to supply water throughout the property. Wildlife on the ranch consist of whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, quail, dove and an occasional mule deer and feral hog. This is a great property offering good hunting and also the ability to fish for multiple species of fish in the Pecos River.
