This is a really nice modular home on 1/2 acres with large driveways coming from both sides of the home. Carport is attached in the back of the home to the large carport canopy covering the whole home, which is good to keep utility cost down, there are 2 nice large storage buildings in the back the larger one is set up with 110 and 220 electric outlet. There is a firepit area with a walk way out to it. This home is in the city of Ballinger but farther out to where it seems like the country, it has been well maintained and kept really nice.
